Delivery Guidelines |

Mr Bubble Tea will make all reasonable efforts to meet customer's delivery need, however the date and time for all delivery is an estimate only. As such we will not be liable for any loss suffered by the customer or any third-party due to late delivery. Please note many factors including shipping and packing, and time spent in customs all contribute to the overall time taken for a delivery to arrive. |

Mr Bubble Tea will not insure any goods shipped, couriered, or otherwise transported to the customer. We will not be liable to the customer or any third-party for any loss or damage caused whilst being shipped, couriered or otherwise transported. |

Mr Bubble Tea may deliver the goods ordered by the customer in instalments unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Delivery of goods to the customer in instalments does not entitle the customer to cancel their order. |

Cancellation |

Cancellation of any order will be at the sole discretion of Mr Bubble Tea. |

|
We are not under any obligation to accept, or reimburse the customer for, any unused products that are returned. |
